24/7 Semi-Independent accomodation
Our semi-independent placements are designed to help prepare care leavers move through the difficult transition to independence.
24-hour support
On our high support units our staff members are on hand 24/7, we also have CCTV in operation.
Shared accommodation with floating support
We created a shared support accommodation for low and medium care package in other to support young adults who only require minimum support to independence with onsite night staff to ensure they return to placement and are safe in the night
Medium/low support flat share packages.
Our flat share support package ensures every young adult has its space and is supported in understanding the share agreement factor which includes using communal area and understanding the concept of sharing facilities in the house
Personal Assistants
Personal assistants also known as PA is designed for young adults who still want to stay with the family but would require someone to take them out for activities, college or visits
Counselling
We offer counselling support and a variety of therapies to help care leavers and those young people that are looked after, to overcome difficulties they have experienced , and to support them to develop their self-confidence and self-esteem to live sustainable lives
Respite
This is an intermittent package which is designed for transition purposes and break from parents
Emergency Placements
Our emergency placement services is designed to accommodate individuals incase of unforeseen situations
